仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇胶囊对骨质疏松患者的影响

Effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules Combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets and Alfacalcidol Capsules on Patients with Osteoporosis

目的:探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇胶囊对骨质疏松(OP)患者的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年10月三明市第一医院收治的66例OP患者。根据简单随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠片联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上给予仙灵骨葆胶囊。比较两组治疗前后骨密度、骨代谢指标、炎症因子、生活质量及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组腰椎、股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度均增加,观察组腰椎、股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平升高,骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(OC)水平均降低,观察组PTH水平高于对照组,BALP、OC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均降低,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疾病、生理、社会、心理和满意度评分均升高,观察组疾病、生理、社会、心理和满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇胶囊对OP患者的治疗具有积极的作用,能有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets and Alfacalcidol Capsules on patients with osteoporosis(OP).Method:Sixty-six OP patients admitted to the Sanming First Hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to simple randomization method,33 cases in each group.The control group was given Alendronate Sodium Tablets combined with Alfacalcidol Capsules,and the observation group was given Xianling Gubao Capsules on the basis of the control group.Bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes,inflammatory factors,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral neck and femoral trochanter increased in both groups,and bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral neck and femoral trochanter in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of parathyroid hormone(PTH)increased,and the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and osteocalcin(OC)decreased in both groups,the PTH level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the BALP and OC levels were lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of disease,physiology,society,psychology and satisfaction of both groups were increased,and the scores of disease,physiology,society,psychology and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets and Alfacalcidol Capsules have positive effects on the treatment of OP patients,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
