基于Janus纳米颗粒的Pickering乳液体系测试与调剖性能研究

摘要 测试了以Pickering乳液模板法合成的Janus纳米SiO_(2)颗粒结构与性能。结果表明,Pickering乳状液具有良好的稳定性,静置24 h未发生破乳现象,乳状液液滴团聚紧密,且增黏效果良好,黏度可达4960 mPa·s。岩心驱油实验表明,Pickering乳液体系在低渗条件下具有较好的调剖效果,当岩心渗透率为50 mD时,采收率可在一次水驱基础上提高16.71%。 The structure and properties of Janus nano-SiO_(2) particles synthesized by Pickering lotion template method were tested.The experimental results showed that Pickering emulsion had good stability and no demulsification occurred after 24 h of standing.The droplets of the emulsion agglomerated tightly,and the thickening effect was good,with a viscosity of 4960 mPa·s.The core oil displacement experiment shows that Pickering lotion system has good profile control effect under low permeability conditions.When the core permeability is 50 mD,the oil recovery can be increased by 16.71%on the basis of primary water drive.
