摘要
Histone acetylation is involved in chromatin structural remodeling and the regulation of gene expression, and it is important for the activation of defense-related gene expression in eukaryotes[1]. The silent information regulator 2(SIR2) family of proteins were initially described as nuclear proteins with histone deacetylase activity that causes chromatin compaction and gene silencing[2].
