我国铁路领域海外专利布局策略研究——以泰国为例

Research on overseas patent arrangement strategy in China's railway industry--Taking Thailand as an example

随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,我国凭借具备项目设计、工程建设、运营维护、服务管理等铁路全产业链的优势,全面参与国外铁路项目,力争提升我国铁路产业的国际竞争力。在此情况下,我国海外专利布局意识较弱的短板逐渐显现。为此,文章以泰国为例,围绕中泰铁路建设,在对泰国知识产权保护体系、泰国铁路领域专利现状及布局特点进行阐述的基础上,分析我国铁路领域海外专利布局的现状及共性问题,厘清我国铁路企业在进行海外专利布局时应考虑的主要因素,并据此提出相关布局策略,以期为我国铁路领域专利在海外的科学、有效布局提供决策参考。

With promotion of the"the Belt and Road"strategy,China has fully participated in foreign railway projects by virtue of the whole railway industry chain,such as project design,engineering construction,operation and maintenance,service and management,and strives to improve the international competition of China's railway industry.In this situation,the weakness of China's lack of awareness on overseas patent arrangement is gradually emerging.To this end,the article takes Thailand as an example and focuses on the construction of the China-Thailand railway.Based on the explanation of Thailand's intellectual property protection system,the current situation and arrangement characteristics of patents in the Thai railway field,the article analyzes the current situation and common issues of overseas patent arrangement in China's railway field.It also analyzes the main factors that Chinese railway enterprises should consider when conducting overseas patent arrangement,and proposes relevant arrangement strategies accordingly,in order to provide decision-making references for the scientific and effective arrangement of patents in China's railway field overseas.
