注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿药物治疗期间应用前馈控制护理联合心理护理的效果

Effect of Feedforward Control Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing on Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder During Drug Treatment Period

目的:研究注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿用药治疗期间应用前馈控制护理联合心理护理的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月本院收治的80例注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。在用药治疗期间,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用前馈控制护理联合心理护理。比较两组整合视听持续性操作测试(IVA-CPT)、儿童情绪障碍筛查量表和Conners儿童行为问卷父母量表(PSQ)评分。结果:护理后,观察组视觉注意力、视觉反应控制、综合注意力、综合反应控制、听觉注意力和听觉反应控制评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体性惊恐、广泛性焦虑、学校恐惧、社交恐惧和分离性焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心身障碍、品行问题、烦躁、多动指数、学习问题和冲动多动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿用药治疗期间应用前馈控制护理联合心理护理可改善患儿控制力及注意力,积极作用于负面心理,改善患儿行为,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the effect of feedforward control nursing combined with psychological nursing on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 80 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 children in each group.During the treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with feedforward control nursing combined with psychological nursing.The scores of integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT),children's emotional disorder screening scale and Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of visual attention,visual response control,comprehensive attention,comprehensive response control,auditory attention and auditory response control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of somatic panic,generalized anxiety,school fear,social fear and separation anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of psychosomatic disorders,conduct problems,irritability,hyperactivity index,learning problems and impulse hyperactivity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control nursing combined with psychological nursing during the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can improve the control and attention of children,positively affect the negative psychology and improve the behavior of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
