温针灸配合中药穴位贴敷治疗类风湿关节炎对患者关节功能、血清炎症指标的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application on Joint Function and Serum Inflammation indicators of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究温针灸配合中药穴位贴敷治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)对患者关节功能、血清炎症指标的影响。方法选取金乡县人民医院2021年6月—2023年10月收治的70例RA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用温针灸配合中药穴位贴敷治疗,均持续治疗3个月后。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎症指标、关节功能、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率水平分别为(103.41±13.24)pg/mL、(11.03±1.24)mg/L、(58.52±4.20)pg/mL、(221.42±13.10)IU/mL、(13.42±1.55)mm/L,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的关节功能评分为(1.01±0.20)分,低于对照组,世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表评分为(87.41±5.73)分,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温针灸配合中药穴位贴敷治疗RA能有效减轻患者炎症反应,改善其关节功能,提升生活质量,且安全性高,可于临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on joint function and serum inflammation indicators of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Seventy RA patients admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,on this basis,the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.Both groups continued treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory indicators,joint function,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were(103.41±13.24)pg/mL,(11.03±1.24)mg/L,(58.52±4.20)pg/mL,(221.42±13.10)IU/mL,(13.42±1.55)mm/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the joint function score of the observation group was(1.01±0.20)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF scale score was(87.41±5.73)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of RA can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients, improve the joint function and improve the quality of life, with high safety, and can be popularized in clinical practice.
