摘要
国产首制邮轮正式交付,但首制船建造过程中仍出现设计与施工的管理问题。AHP法有助于帮助决策者判决决策过程中各项影响因素的重要程度。通过AHP层次分析法构建判断对比矩阵,得出邮轮内装设计建造过程中各影响因素的权重,结合实地调研讨论各影响因素对最终工程交付的重要性。计算得出数据显示,施工阶段权重对最终工程交付影响大于概念阶段。未来国产邮轮设计建造需要建立以工程为导向的系统设计方法。研究成果对未来国产邮轮设计建造系统方法具有一定的参考价值。
The first domestically produced cruise ship of China has been officially delivered even though there have been design and construction management issues that arose during the construction process.Our team has constructed a judgment comparison matrix using the Analytic Hierarchy Proces(s AHP)to determine the weights of various influencing factors in the process of cruise ship interior design and construction.The importance of each influencing factor on the final project delivery through field research is discussed.The calculated data shows that the weight of the construction phase has a greater impact on the final project delivery than the concept phase.The design and construction of future domestic cruise ships requires the establishment of an engineering-oriented system design method.The research results have certain reference value for the design and construction system methods of future domestic cruise ships.
