摘要
原发性血小板增多症(essential thrombocythemia,ET)是骨髓增殖性肿瘤的亚型之一,属于源自造血干细胞的克隆性疾病。已有研究显示,ET孕妇妊娠期间出现流产、血栓等并发症的风险高于正常孕妇,对ET孕妇给予必要的治疗可以改善母儿预后。但国内相关报道较少,为提高临床医师对此病的认识及处理水平,现对1例ET患者的三次孕期诊治经过及妊娠结局情况进行总结。
To improve the diagnosis and therary of Pregnancy complicated with essential thrombocythemia(ET),we reviewed the hematological characteristics and pregnancy outcomes of one ET patient during three pregnancies.ET is a subtype of myeloid proliferative tumor,which is a clonal disease derived from hematopoietic stem cells.Pregnant women with ET have a higher risk of complications such as abortion and thrombosis during pregnancy.Necessary treatment for pregnant women with ET can improve the prognosis of mothers and fetuses.But there have been fewer reports in China.
