为充分掌握美国海军陆战队作战概念开发和未来部队发展情况,对美国海军陆战队“远征前进基地作战”“前出部队”等概念的提出背景进行分析,总结其概念内涵和主要特点,剖析作战概念的核心思想。从近海陆战队的组建历程、总体规模、装备编配、主要特点等维度,研究作战概念的典型实践,初步预测美国海军陆战队未来的作战场景。初步研判,美国海军陆战队通过开发作战概念、组建未来部队等措施备战未来战争,相关概念在战略层面和作战层面的实践值得持续关注、紧密跟踪。

In order to fully grasp the development of the operating concepts and future development of the United States Marine Corps,the background of such concepts as‘Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations’and‘stand-in force’is analyzed,their conceptual connotations and main characteristics are summarized,and their core ideas are dissected.Moreover,typical implementation of the operating concepts are studied on the dimensions of the formation,overall scale,equipment allocation,and main characteristics of the nearshore Marine Corps to preliminarily predict the future combat scenario of the Marine Corps.The findings indicate that the U.S.Marine Corps is preparing for wars through measures such as developing combat concepts and forming futuristic forces,which is an important direction for the delivery of U.S.naval power and innovation of combat modes.However,the implementation of related concepts is worthy of our continuous attention and close tracking.
