福建省松材线虫病疫木螨类物种资源调查

摘要 应用形态分类学方法全面系统地调查福建省8个地区的松材线虫病疫木螨类物种资源,并分析螨类物种组成特征和物种多样性。共鉴定出4目34科51属70种,包括松天牛小首螨Paracarophenax alternatus、福州裂环黑面螨Schizocyrtillus fuzhouensis、林氏实螯螨Hoplocheylus lindquisti、诺顿巴利螨Paralycus nortoni和松绒黑面螨Pleuronectocelaeno barbara。不同地区、不同生境螨类物种丰富度存在差异:沙县地区的物种多样性最高,其次为连江;木质部(具天牛虫道)、树皮与韧皮部中螨类物种多样性均较高,天牛幼虫体上携带的螨类极少,仅分离到1种;营养结构包括植食性、捕食性、寄生性和菌食性等4种,其中以捕食性和菌食性为主,分别为64.3%和32.9%。福建省螨类资源丰富,物种多样性高,寄生性螨类松天牛小首螨在天牛成虫体上密度高,可寄生天牛卵,具有生物防治潜力。 Comprehensively and systematically investigating the species resources of pine wood nematode‑associated mites in eight regions of Fujian province using morphological taxonomy methods,and analyzing the composition characteristics and species diversity of the mite species,a total of 70 species across 4 orders,34 families,and 51 genera,including Paracarophenax alternatus Xu&Zhang,2018,Schizocyrtillus fuzhouensis Xu,Li&Zhang,2019,Hoplocheylus lindquisti Xu&Zhang,2019,Paralycus nortoni Xu,Zhu,Wu&Zhang,2020 and Pleuronectocelaeno barbara Athias-Henriot,1959,were identified.There were differences in species richness among different regions and different habitats,Shaxian county exhibited the highest species diversity,followed by Lianjiang county.Furthermore,high species diversity was observed in xylem(with galleries of Monochamus alternatus)and bark(with phloem),while only one species was identified on the larvae of M.alternatus.The mite species collected were categorized into four groups based on nutritional source:herbivorous,predatory,parasitic,and bacterivorous,with predatory and bacterivorous mites accounting for 64.3%and 32.9%,respectively.Fujian province boasted abundant mite resources and high species diversity.Notably,P.alternatus showed promise as a potential biological control agent due to its high density on the adult body of M.alternatus and its ability to parasitize the eggs.
