千吨级受荷转换梁加固施工技术

摘要 在大型公共建筑中,千吨级受荷转换梁的加固和改造施工难度较大,对于构件的卸荷、梁柱节点部位钢筋的安设、大体积混凝土的浇筑和养护都提出了较高的施工要求,通过运用预应力钢支撑系统、高大支模架、大体积混凝土浇筑等多项施工技术,顺利完成了该梁的加固施工且效果良好,后续提炼分析了相关施工数据,积累了施工经验,以期能为类似案例的实施提供参考。 In large public buildings,the reinforcement and renovation of kiloton-level transfer beams are more difficult.Higher construction requirements are put forward for the unloading of components,the installation of steel bars at beam-column joints,and the pouring and maintenance of large-volume concrete.By using a number of construction technologies such as prestressed steel support systems,tall formwork frames,and large-volume concrete pouring,the reinforcement construction of the beam was successfully completed with good results.Subsequently,relevant construction data were refined and analyzed,and construction experience was accumulated to provide the implementation of similar cases provides strong support.
