摘要
烩面是河南省的特色美食之一,将荤、素、汤、饭同时烹饪,制成营养丰富的面品。本文通过对河南烩面餐饮行业进行多角度的优劣势分析,深入剖析其发展现状及存在的问题,并提出若干新型发展思路,为烩面餐饮行业的持续进步提供理论支持和系统性建议。
Stewed noodles is one of the special cuisines in Henan Province.It is a nutritious noodle made of meat,vegetarian,soup and rice.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Henan stewed noodles catering industry from multiple perspectives,and deeply analyzes the development status and existing problems of Henan stewed noodles catering industry.And this paper puts forward some new development ideas to provide theoretical support and systematic suggestions for the continuous progress of the stewed noodles catering industry.
