双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合乳果糖治疗老年2型糖尿病合并便秘患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Triple Vi⁃able Tablets Combined with Lactulose in the Treatment of Constipation in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合乳果糖治疗老年2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)合并便秘患者的治疗效果。方法目的选取2021年4月—2023年5月盐城市第一人民医院收治的92例T2DM合并便秘的患者作为研究对象,根据用药方式不同分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组行马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组使用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合乳果糖治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状积分、停药后的复发率。结果观察组的总有效率为91.30%(44/46),高于对照组的71.74%(33/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.845,P<0.05)。观察组的临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组停药6、10、14周的复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合乳果糖治疗老年T2DM合并便秘患者的临床疗效较好,能够有效缓解临床症状,改善肠道菌群,并降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets combined with lactulose on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM)complicated with constipation.Methods Objectively selected ninety-two cases of patients with T2DM complicated with constipation admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 as the study subjects.According to different medica-tion methods,they were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate.The observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets combined with lactulose.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and recurrence rate after drug withdrawal were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.30%(44/46),which was higher than 71.74%(33/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.845,P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group at 6,10 and 14 weeks after drug withdrawal were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets combined with lactulose in the treatment of elderly patients with T2DM complicated with constipation has better clinical efficacy,can further alleviate clinical symptoms,improve intestinal flora,and reduce the recurrence rate.
