基于倾斜摄影技术的河道划界方法及其应用

摘要 由于大部分河道周边地形复杂,传统方法划界工作程序复杂,任务量大,效率低,因此,本文提出采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术结合现代制图方法来确定河道界线的新方法。该方法通过无人机倾斜摄影测量技术来获取完整的河道地形,采用现代测图方法得到河道纵横断面数据,利用基础数据通过水文计算方法得到洪水位线,根据国家规范使用制图软件得到准确的河道管理界线。研究结果表明:通过无人机倾斜摄影测量技术结合现代制图方法推算河道界线方法可行,极大地减轻了河道划界工作量,划界效率显著提升。研究成果可为我国河道管理部门提供一种快速高效的河道划界新方法。 Due to the complex terrain around most river courses,the traditional method of demarcation work procedures is complicated,the workload is large and inefficient.In view of this,this paper proposes a new method to determine the river boundary by using UAV oblique photogrammetric technology combined with modern mapping methods.This method uses UAV oblique photogrammetric technology to obtain complete river terrain,modern mapping methods are used to obtain river longitudinal and cross-sectional data,basic data is used to obtain flood level through hydrological calculation methods,and accurate river management boundaries are obtained by using mapping software according to national specifications.The results show that the method of estimating river boundaries by UAV oblique photogrammetric technology combined with modern mapping methods is feasible,which greatly reduces the workload of river demarcation and significantly improves the efficiency of demarcation.The research results can provide a new method for river demarcation in China with speed and efficiency.
