数字化体育外交提升国家形象建构的时代诉求、实践困境与纾解路径

Demands,Difficulties,and Countermeasures of Digital Sports Diplomacy in Enhancing National Image Construction

在新时代新征程背景下探寻数字化体育外交提升国家形象建构策略,对于增强我国体育国际影响力、助力体育强国建设具有重要意义。运用文献研读、文本分析等方法,对数字化体育外交提升国家形象建构的时代诉求、实践困境与纾解路径进行了探究。研究发现,数字化体育外交提升国家形象建构的时代诉求是传播中国体育正能量、优化传统体育外交模式、提升国家文化软实力的需要;数字化体育外交为提升国家形象建构提供新方式的同时,也带来了数字化迷信过度、数字鸿沟明显、数字化陷阱加深等方面的实践困境。基于此,从加强体育外交主流理念引领、优化体育外交传播人才队伍、健全数字媒体监督管理机制、重构体育外交传播话语体系等方面提出了我国数字化体育外交提升国家形象建构的纾解路径。

In the context of the new era and new journey,exploring digital sports diplomacy to enhance national image construction strategies is of great significance for enhancing China’s international influence in sports and assisting in the construction of a sporting nation.Through literature review and text analysis,this study explores the demands of the times,practical difficulties,and relief paths for digital sports diplomacy in enhancing national image construction.Researches show that the demand for digital sports diplomacy to enhance national image construction is to spread the positive energy of sports in China,to optimize traditional sports diplomacy models,and to enhance the national cultural soft power.Digital sports diplomacy provides new ways to enhance the national image construction.However,there are also difficulties such as excessive digital dependence,digital divide,and deepened digital traps.Based on this,countermeasures for China’s digital sports diplomacy to enhance the national image construction are to strengthen the mainstream concept of sports diplomacy,to optimize the talent pool of sports diplomacy communication,to improve the supervision and management mechanism of digital media,and to reconstruct the discourse system of sports diplomacy communication.
