抽水蓄能电站竖井上弯段混凝土施工技术研究

摘要 抽水蓄能电站竖井上弯段混凝土施工技术研究旨在探索高效、安全、可靠的混凝土施工新工艺。文章通过深入分析竖井上弯段的结构特点与施工难点,结合现场实际条件,提出了一系列优化措施,包括提高混凝土入仓质量、改进浇筑与振捣工艺、加强模板支撑与稳定性控制等。实际应用验证了文章采用的施工技术的可行性,提高了施工质量。 The research on the concrete construction technology of the shaft upper curved section of the pumped storage power station aims to explore an efficient,safe and reliable new concrete construction process.Through in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of the upper curved section of the shaft,combined with the actual conditions on site,this paper puts forward a series of optimization measures,including improving the quality of concrete warehousing,improving the pouring and vibrating process,and strengthening the formwork support and stability control.The practical application verifies the feasibility of the construction technology adopted in the paper and improves the construction quality.
