摘要
认知障碍的诊断和治疗是脑疾病诊疗中的困难问题之一,任何引起大脑皮层功能和结构异常的因素均可导致认知障碍,其发病率高,患病人数多,疾病负担重,但因其发病机制复杂,尚无有效防治措施。近年来研究表明神经炎症参与了认知功能障碍相关的神经系统疾病的发病过程,成为该领域的研究热点,该文就神经炎症相关生物标记物在认知障碍发病中作用及其调控机制进行总结,以期为防治认知障碍疾病提供进一步的理论基础。
Diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairment is one of the difficult problems in the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases.Any factor that causes functional and structural abnormalities in cerebral cortex can lead to cognitive impairment,which has a high incidence,a large number of patients and a heavy burden of disease.Because of the complexity of its pathogenesis,no effective preventive and curative measures have yet been taken.In recent years,many studies reveal that neuroinflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of neurological diseases related to cognitive impairment,which has become a research hotspot in this field.This article provides a summary of the role of neuroinflammation-related biomarkers in the pathogenesis of cognitive impairment and their regulatory mechanisms,with a view to providing a further theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment.
