“G+OEC”护理管理模式对手术室ERAS理念应用效果的影响

Impacts of"G+OEC"nursing management mode on the application effect of ERAS concept in operating room

目的分析“总体(G)+全方位(O),每人、每天、每件事(E),控制、清理(C)”护理管理模式对手术室加速康复外科(ERAS)理念应用效果的影响。方法选取中山市古镇人民医院2021年1月至2023年12月行择期手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施手术室ERAS理念护理,观察组实施“G+OEC”护理管理模式的手术室ERAS理念护理,统计并比较两组应激指标、术后并发症总发生率、手术室护理服务总满意率、住院时间。结果观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,手术室护理服务总满意率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组入手术室时的应激指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组麻醉前的应激指标均高于入手术室时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉前的应激指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“G+OEC”护理管理模式能够提升手术室ERAS理念的应用效果,促使患者获得更大收益,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the impacts of"general(G)+overall(O),everyone,every day,everything(E),control and clear(C)"nursing management mode on the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in the operating room.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent elective surgery in Zhongshan Guzhen People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ERAS concept nursing in the operating room,while the observation group was treated with ERAS concept nursing in the operating room with"G+OEC"nursing management mode.The stress index,the total incidence of postoperative complications,the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the operating room and the hospitalization time between the two groups were counted and compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the operating room was higher than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when they entered the operating room(P>0.05).However,before anesthesia,they were all higher than those after they entered the operating room,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the stress indices in the observation group before anesthesia were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion"G+OEC"nursing management mode can improve the application effect of ERAS concept in the operating room and promote patients to obtain greater benefits,which is worthy of promotion and application.
