量化康复训练配合循证护理模式对股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能、生活质量的影响

Effects of Quantitative Rehabilitation Training Combined with Evidence-based Nursing Model on Hip Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨量化康复训练配合循证护理模式在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的120例股骨颈骨折患者,按随机数字表法分两组,各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行量化康复训练配合循证护理模式。比较两组疼痛程度、心理状态、训练依从性、并发症发生率、髋关节功能、生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,训练依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,Harris髋关节功能评分(HHS)、世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:量化康复训练配合循证护理模式可以减轻股骨颈骨折患者疼痛程度与不良情绪,改善髋关节功能,减少并发症的发生,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of quantitative rehabilitation training combined with evidence-based nursing model in patients with femoral neck fracture.Method:A total of 120 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received quantitative rehabilitation training combined with evidence-based nursing model.Pain degree,mental state,training compliance,complication rate,hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the training compliance was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,Harris hip score(HHS)and World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)scores were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative rehabilitation training combined with evidence-based nursing model can alleviate pain and negative emotions in patients with femoral neck fractures,improve hip joint function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
