摘要
由于分布式发电机、存储系统和负载等多部件通过变流器连接到公共母线上,在这种互联方案下,发电厂关键设备故障发生的可能性显著增加。传统断路器在发电厂关键设备直流故障保护中的应用存在运行速度慢、对额定功率要求高的缺点,基于此,提出了一种适用于发电厂低压直流微电网故障保护的双向绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)半导体断路器设计。该断路器基于IGBT的电路电流和端子电压的变化,将终端电压的突变检测为异常状态,并在短时间内隔离故障支路,以防止其干扰发电厂其他设备的运行。在Simulink R/Matlab环境中对提出的可靠性评估方法进行检验,分析和评估其运行情况,结果表明,所提出的发电厂关键设备可靠性评估方法在保证直流微电网安全的同时,还能提高发电厂发电系统的稳定性和运行性能。
Due to the fact that multiple components such as distributed generators,storage systems,and loads are connected to the common bus through inverters,the likelihood of critical equipment failures in power plants significantly increases under this interconnection scheme.The application of traditional circuit breakers in DC fault protection of key equipment in power plants has the drawbacks of slow operation speed and high requirements for rated power.Based on this,this paper proposes a design of bidirectional Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)semiconductor circuit breakers suitable for fault protection of low-voltage DC microgrids in power plants.This circuit breaker is based on the changes in circuit current and terminal voltage of IGBT,detecting sudden changes in terminal voltage as abnormal states,and isolating faulty branches in a short period of time to prevent interference with the operation of other equipment in the power plant.The reliability evaluation method proposed in this article was tested,analyzed,and evaluated in the Simulink R/Matlab environment.The results showed that the proposed reliability evaluation method for key equipment in power plants not only ensures the safety of DC microgrids,but also improves the stability and operational performance of power generation systems in power plants.
