摘要
目的比较两种蜡样芽孢杆菌计数培养基的检测效果。方法分别使用甘露醇卵黄多黏菌素B(mannitol-yolk-polymyxin-B,MYP)培养基和蜡样芽孢杆菌显色培养基对于包括蜡样芽孢杆菌在内的10株芽孢杆菌的标准菌株、8株非芽孢杆菌标准菌株、30株食品中蜡样芽孢杆菌的分离株进行生长率、特异性及选择性比对,并应用两种培养基对737件实际食品样品进行计数效果对比。结果蜡样芽孢杆菌显色培养基与MYP培养基虽然在生长率和实际样品检出率差异无统计学意义,但特异性及选择性均优于MYP,特别是显色培养基的特异性在实际样品的检测中更具优势。结论蜡样芽孢杆菌显色培养基较传统的MYP培养基具有更好的特异性及选择性,建议在食品样品蜡样芽孢杆菌计数检测时增加显色培养基。
Objective To compare the detection effect of two types of counting media for Bacillus cereus.Methods Mannitol-yolk-polymyxin-B(MYP)medium and Bacillus cereus Chromogenic medium were used to compare the growth rate,specificity,and selectivity of 10 standard Bacillus strains,including Bacillus cereus,8 standard strains non-Bacillus cereus standard strains,30 strains food-isolated strains.The two media were used to compare the counting effect on 737 actual pieces of food samples.Results There was no significant difference in growth rate and food sample detection rate between the chromogenic medium and MYP,however,the specificity and selectivity of chromogenic medium were superior to those of MYP.In particular,the chromogenic medium’s specificity was more advantageous in detecting actual food samples.Conclusions Bacillus cereus chromogenic medium showed better specificity and selectivity than MYP.It is recommended to incorporate chromogenic medium for the counting detection of Bacillus cereus in food samples.
