At present,with the continuous development of society and economy,the people's requirements for the living environment are gradually increasing,which means that the construction industry needs to continuously innovate architectural design schemes,use more advanced building materials,realize ecological,environmental protective,comfortable and livable indoor buildings,and meet the people's needs for a better life.This paper will discuss three aspects:the innovation of design schemes that prioritize comfort,the flexible use of new building materials,and the rational utilization of waste materials.In addition,this paper will analyze the key points of building materials during actual construction,which strive to create buildings that meet the needs of the new era through efforts in each process.
