四川省药学专业“3+2”中高职衔接培养模式的调查分析

摘要 中高职衔接“3+2”模式是中高职衔接的重要形式。本文通过对四川省药学专业中高职教师和学生进行问卷调查和访谈,了解“3+2”模式中高职衔接在招生宣传、教学组织、学生管理等方面的现状,并从加强监督指导、建立教学质量监控制度、加强教师交流和教学过程衔接、加强转段升学考核、中高职共同进行学生管理等方面提出策略建议,以期促进中职和高职药学教育的协调发展,为高素质技能人才培养提供可靠支撑。 The"3+2"education model of secondary and higher vocational education is one of the most important talent training modes in the link-up between secondary and higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the convergence of"3+2"education model of secondary and higher vocational education in the aspects of enrollment publicity,teaching organization and student management through questionnaire survey and interview with teachers and students in secondary and higher vocational colleges of pharmacy major in Sichuan province,and put forward the proposal on strengthening supervision and guidance,establishing teaching quality control systems,increasing teacher communication and making the teaching process more cohesive,strengthening the assessment of transfer section of the students entering higher vocational college from secondary vocational school,and managing students jointly by secondary vocational school and higher vocational college.It is hoped that this paper can play a role in promoting the coordinated development of pharmaceutical education in secondary and higher vocational schools and provide reliable support for the training of high-quality skilled personnel.
