摘要
目的将人文关怀融合情景模拟教学法应用于外科护理学实训教学中,分析其应用效果。方法于2023年9月至2024年1月将某校2021级125名护理学专业本科生作为研究对象,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用人文关怀融合情景模拟教学法,课程后比较两组学生生命态度量表得分、护士人文关怀品质量表得分及教学满意度。结果观察组生命态度量表总分、护士人文关怀品质量表总分及教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理学实训教学中应用人文关怀融合情景模拟教学法有利于学生形成积极的生命态度,提高人文素质及教学质量。
Objective To apply the teaching method of humanistic care integrating scenario simulation in surgical nursing training teaching and analyze its application effect.Methods From September 2023 to January 2024,125 Grade 2021 nursing undergraduates from a certain university were selected as the research subjects.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received a scenario simulation teaching method that integrates humanistic care.After the course,the scores of the two groups students′Life Attitude Scale,Nurse Humanistic Care Quality Scale,and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The total scores of the Life Attitude Scale,Nurse Humanistic Care Quality Scale,and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of teaching method of humanistic care integrating scenario simulation in training of surgical nursing is beneficial for students to form a positive attitude towards life,improve humanistic quality and teaching quality.
