摘要
负载牵引测试系统是一个复杂的微波测试系统,必然存在测试误差。本文从系统的组成、系统的校准、测量仪器自身测试误差和测试环境等角度分析了误差的来源,及其对测试系统的影响。
The load pull measurement system is a complex microwave measurement system and it is inevitably that there is a certain amount of errors for the Load Pull measurement data.The source and the influence of system error were analyzed from many aspects,such as system constituent parts,system calibrations,measurement equipment error of itself and measurement environment.
