The research advance of antiparasitic Clorsulon in animal
摘要
克洛素隆 (4 氨基 6 三氯乙烯 1 ,3 苯二磺胺 )是经美国食品药物管理局 (FDA)批准最早用于治疗牛肝片吸虫 (Fasciolahepatica)病的磺胺类药物。本文主要从作用机理、药物代谢动力学、毒理学。
