摘要
利用啤酒活性干酵母生产鲜啤酒,发酵温度7~9℃,最高温度12℃;发酵压力0.10~0.12MPa;保压4~5d后,降温至4~5℃,保持1d后降至0℃贮酒,贮酒压力0.10~0.12MPa。(孙悟)
