摘要 研究了本体阴离子聚合合成织物后整理用氨基硅油 ,考察了温度、催化剂浓度、原料单体配比等对聚合过程及产物性能的影响。就氨基硅油产品的氨值指标而言 ,在聚合达到平衡时 ,原料中氨基单体的含量是其主要影响因素 ;对黏度而言 ,则受3种因素共同影响 ,并且与 3种因素近似呈正比关系。而要大幅度提高聚合产物黏度 。 Amino-silicone oil used as a softening agent for bulk-anion polymerized textile and the effects of operating parameters such as the polymerization temperature,catalyst concentration,monomer ratio on the performance of the product and the copolymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane with amino silicone monomer were studied,and the optimum conditions were obtained.The content of amidogen monomer is a major factor affecting the product's amonia standard,but the viscosity is affected by direct ratio of the three factors.Riddance of small molecules such as water or methanol,which is made by the polymerization reaction,to force the total equilibrium to move is the only way to increase the polumer's viscosity.
