构建“大统战”工作格局中高校统战部门作用研究

Study on the Role of United Front Work Department of University in the Constructing of Great United Front Work Pattern

党委统一领导、统战部牵头协调、有关方面各负其责的大统战工作格局是从中央到地方各级党委对统战工作重视程度的重要体现。高校统战工作涉及面广、综合性强,是党的统一战线工作的重要基础。在"大统战"形势发展面前,高校亟需树立"大统战"的理念,构建点—线—面—体全方位的大统战工作格局,形成合力,助力发展。在高校大统战格局构建过程中统战部门具有重要的作用,即在政治引导与教育宣传、理论研究与制度构建、沟通协调与服务拓展、自身建设与考核反馈等方面有效发挥作用;推动高校大统战格局的顺畅构建,从而调动广大统战对象立足于高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大职能,自觉服务于学校发展和地方建设。

The great united front work pattern,which is guided by the Party committee,coordinated by the United Front Work Department,charged by each department,is the important reflections of attaching importance to the united front work by Party committees at all levels.The united front work in universities which covers a wide range and has strong comprehensiveness,is the important foundation of the Party's united front work.In face of the development of great united front work,universities need to set up the concept of great united front work,build the point—line—plane—body all-dimensional operation pattern,to form synergy and help development.The United Front Work Department in universites plays an important role in the construction of the great united front work pattern,it also plays an effective role in political guidance and education publicity,theoretical research and institutional construction,communication and coordination and service development,self-construction and assessment feedback.We should promote the smooth construction of the great united front work pattern,to mobilize the target of the united front,focus on the personnel training,scientific research,social services in universities,and serve the development of school and local construction consciously.
