摘要 现行的调峰补偿措施均基于调峰机组对系统安全稳定运行的贡献,而忽略了其存在的成本差异。为此,提出基于调峰成本的调峰容量调度策略。首先基于调峰服务所具有的特性,分析火电机组的运行调峰成本;然后基于最优调度的原则构建目标函数,推导出被调度机组的调峰电量影子价格和影子价格均衡值;最后依据这两者之间的比较得到调峰容量的最优调度策略。算例验证了该调度策略的有效性和便于执行的特点。 Considering the fact that existing compensation measures for peak-load regulation only pay attention to both safe and steady operation of the thermal power units but neglect its cost differences,the peak-load reg-ulation cost-based scheduling strategy was proposed,in which,having the character of peak-load regulation based to analyze the thermal power units’peak-shaving cost and then the principle of the optimal scheduling based to derive out both shadow price and their equilibrium price of the units;and through comparing these two prices,the optimal scheduling strategy for the peak-load regulation can be achieved and its effectiveness and feasibility validated by examples.
