中医药治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的研究进展

本文总结了近10年来中医治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的研究进展,介绍了各种治疗方法及取得的疗效。经大量文献检索和整理后发现目前中医治疗"慢性单纯性鼻炎"的方法主要有:中药内治法(辨证论治、辨病论治),中药外治法(中药熏洗、腧穴治疗,针刺熏洗结合等)内外合治(针刺内服结合、熏洗内服结合等),以及一些其他方法。这些方法均在研究中表理出不错的疗效,但其研究质量与疗效评价指标的选定存在一定局限性。

Objectlve We summarize the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic simple rhinitis in nearly 10 years,and describes various treatment methods and their efficacy.After extensive literature search and collation we find that the current methods of Chinese medicine to treat 'chronic simple rhinitis' mainly includes Internal medicine therapies(diagnosis and treatment,disease differentiation treatment),medicine external treatment(herbal fumigation,acupuncture,acupuncture eambined with fumigation,etc.) and external governance(combined oral acupuncture,fumigation Orally) as well as some other methods.These methods have shown good effects in the study,but selected their research quality and efficacy evaluation of certain limitations.But the quality and efficacy evaluation of the selected studies has certain limitations.
