摘要 This article is a briefly description of humor&satire in Mark Twain’s work:The Adventure of Huckberry Finn.Mark Twain’s humor&satire is the typical American style one,using colloquial language and slang in his own writing.Only when readers know some background knowledge before can they get the humor&satire in Make.Twain’s works.The theme of this novel is combined by the experiences and encounters down the Mississippi of the two boys:Huck and Jim.Their journey presents a sample of the small town world of America.This colloquial yet poetic style makes the humor&satire more impressive in the work.
