探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术在治疗输卵管堵塞中的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Fallopian Tube Catheterization and Recanalization with Hysteroscope in the Treatment of Fallopian Tube Blockage

目的对宫腔镜下输卵管堵塞患者采用输卵管插管疏通术进行治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法整群选取该院妇科于2013年5月—2014年6月间收治的86例输卵管堵塞患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。比较两组患者在治疗前后输卵管的通畅情况,及1年后患者的妊娠情况。结果两组患者在治疗后,治疗组堵塞和部分堵塞数量分别为3条(7.70%)、1条(2.56%)要明显优于对照组,且宫内妊娠35例(81.40%)要明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下采用输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞效果好,且安全性高,值得在临床中广发推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fallopian tube catheterization and recanalization with hysteroscope in the treatment of fallopian tube blockage. Methods 86 patients with fallopian tube blockage admitted in Gynecology Department of our hospital from May 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The tubal patency before and after treatment and the pregnancy rate 1year later were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of fallopian tube with complete or partial complete blockage was 3(7.70%) and 1(2.56%) respectively in the treatment group, which was much less than that in the control group, respectively. The number of patients with uterine pregnancy was 35 cases(81.40%) in the treatment group, which was much more than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Fallopian tube catheterization and recanalization with hysteroscope has good effect on fallopian tube blockage with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
