摘要
目的培养护生批判性思维能力。方法首先评估学生 ,模拟出临床病例 ,提出问题 ,让学生讨论 ,然后小组代表发言 ,最后教师评价。结果 98级护生和 99级护生对 8项问题做了肯定回答 ,赞同项分别是 90 4 %、83 0 %、92 6 %、83 0 %、95 7%、71 3%、85 1%、92 6 %。为进一步研究 ,将 98级和 99级护生分为实验组和对照组 ,两组对照各项差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论模拟问题教学法得到了学生的认可 。
Objective training the critica l thinking ability of nursing student.
