复合增充剂PF-2低毒酚醛树脂胶合板的研究

PF-2 LOW POISONOUS PHENOL AND FORMALDEHYDE PARTICLE WITH COMPOUND EXTENDER-FILLER

本文研究了在PF-2低毒胶合板专用树脂中加入三种成分复合增充剂的树脂调胶工艺及板材的制造工艺。探讨了复合增充剂中的三种成分的比例变化对调胶树脂的活性期及胶合强度的影响。试验表明:在PF-2树脂中加入复合增充剂。树脂的粘度稳定,活性期长,当复合增充剂的加入量达到树脂量的15％—20％时。压制的板材达到国家一类胶合板一级品标准。通过研究得到了实验室条件下的最佳制板工艺。

The article researches the technology of plywood product, adapting pf-2 resin with low content of free phenol and free formaldehyde and adding three extender-fillers, the influence to life pot and the strength of plywood by the proportion change of three extender fillers is probed. The test shows that pf-2 resin has a steady viscosity and long life pot after mixing with extender-fillers. When the amount of extender-fillers is up to 15-20％, the plywood products reaches to first grade of national standard. The research gets an optimal technology under the condition of laboratory.
