摘要
采用 Sol- Gel法与在位聚合相结合的方法 ,使正硅酸乙酯在聚合物单体中进行水解、缩聚 ,然后再加入引发剂使单体聚合 ,制得了稳定分散的纳米粒子杂化的聚合物材料 ,该材料性能优良 ,具有很好的透明度。在保持树脂光学性能的前提下 ,材料的抗冲击性能有所改善。
Nanometer sized SiO 2 ultrafine particles with narrow particle size distribution were prepared by means of catalytic hydrolyzation of tetraethoxy silica [Si(OC 2H 5) 4] (TEOS). According to the calculated amount, PMMA, TEOS and coupling agent A174 [CH 2=C(CH 3)-CO 2(CH 2) 3Si(OCH 3) 3] were dissolved in MMA and added in the mixture of water, HCl dissolved in THF. Then homogeneous solution was obtained by stirring. The solution was heated up to 80 ℃ at a vacuum to remove THF and C 2H 5OH. After adding in AIBN, the solution was poured into a mold, which would be kept at 50 ℃ in an oven. After 48 h, the composite with good transparency is available. The effects of acid content, TEOS content, and the amount of initiator on the composites were investigated. The structure and properties of the PMMA/SiO 2 nano-composites were investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM), FT-IR, DSC and etc. The mechanical properties of the composite were studied.
