STUDIES ON THE MECHANISM AND KINETICS OF CURING REACTION OF TETRAFUNCTIONAL EPOXY RESIN(Ag-80)/NOVEL DIAMINES CURING (SED)

摘要 采用FTIR、DSC和TBA方法研究了4,4′-二胺基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油环氧树脂(Ag-80)/新型固化剂砜醚二胺(SED)的固化反应机理和动力学。结果表明,温度低于200℃,以伯胺基-环氧基、羟基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主,相应的表观活化能为58.3kJ/mol;温度高于200℃,以仲胺基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主,相应的表观活化能为99.3kJ/mol。 The mechanism of curing reaction of tetrafunctional epoxy resin (Ag-80)/novel diamines curing(SED)was studied with FTIR DSC and TBA. At the same time,the kinetics of curing reaction of this system was also studied with DSC and TBA. The results show that the main reaction can be attributed to reaction between the primary amine-epoxide and reaction between the hy-droxyl-epoxide when temperature is below 200℃, corresponding apparent activation energy is 58. 3 kJ/mol;the main reaction can be attributed to reaction between the seconday amine-epoxide when temperature is above 200 ℃,corresponding apparent activation energy is 99. 3 kJ/mol.
