摘要
为电动巴士3挡自动变速器设计一套液压控制系统。根据自动变速器工作原理通过理论计算设计液压系统各部件。利用ITI-SimulationX仿真软件建立3挡自动变速器液压系统动态仿真模型,在油温为90℃时对液压系统进行动态特性仿真,依据仿真结果对液压系统工作压力、流量等特征参数进行动态分析。仿真结果验证并优化了自动变速器液压系统的设计方案。
A hydraulic system for a 3-gear automatic transmission of an electric bus has been designed.According to the working principle of the automatic transmission,the components of the hydraulic system were designed by theoretical calculation.The simulation model of the hydraulic system was built based on the simulation software ITISimulationX and simulated in a gear oil temperature of 90℃.The dynamic pressure of the gear oil,flow and other parameters for the hydraulic system,have been analyzed based on the results of the simulation.The results of the simulation verified and optimized the design of the hydraulic system.
