摘要
当前,涉网络直播平台色情犯罪频发,且呈现出许多新特点,文章从分析涉网络直接平台色情犯罪产生的原因和打击难点入手,深入探索涉网络直播平台色情犯罪的侦查对策及证据体系构建,以利形成有效打击。
At present,the pornographic crimes in the live broadcast platform frequently appear,and have many new features,The article begins with the analysis of the causes and difficulties of online pornographic crimes,and then explores the investigation strategies of pornographic crimes on the live broadcast platform and the evidence system construction so as to attack effectively.
