摘要
PG9351FA燃机是目前世界上先进型燃机的代表,该型燃机采用干低式氮氧化物(DLN)燃烧模式;燃机通过扩散燃烧(D5、1D、4D、6D)或预混燃烧(D5、1D、4D、4、6.3)2种途径进行增减负荷达到基本负荷状态,在燃烧模式转换和燃烧途径切换过程中,多次出现机组遮断情况,其影响遮断的主要原因为P2压力高或低遮断、燃气吹扫故障遮断、排气分散度高遮断,并就具体影响遮断的原因进行了系统的理论分析。
PG9351FA gas turbine is the representative of advanced gas turbine in the world,dry low NOx( DLN) combustion mode is adopted by this gas turbine,two paths are used for gas turbine to reach the base load,one of the two paths is diffuse combustion mode including D5、1D、4D、6D,and the other path is premix combustion mode including D5、1D、4D、4、6. 3. Multiple unit interrupt conditions happen in the process of the combustion mode transfer,main interrupt reasons are including pressure P2 high or low trip,purge system valve fault trip,and high exhaust spread trip,the detail interrupt reasons are elaborated in this paper.
