摘要 以深度脱灰的大同煤为原料 ,通过加入一定量的不同类型矿物 ,用 5种药剂进行了成浆性试验 ,分析了样品界面物理化学性质 ,在此基础上探讨了矿物物理和物理化学性质对煤的成浆性的影响 .结果表明 ,矿物的密度对浆体的粘度降低起了决定性的作用 . The Datong deep\|cleaned coal was prepared and five additives were selected to formulate the coal water slurry in order to investigate the physical and physio\|chemical properties of minerals and their influence on the slurryability. A certain percentage of “pure coal” was replaced with “pure mineral” in the process of CWS formulation to achieve this purpose. Meanwhile, the surface zeta\|potential of minerals was determined and its effects analyzed. The experimental results show that the density of minerals is the most important factor in decreasing the viscosity of the slurry. While the surface properties of minerals has a relative small effect on the variation of slurry viscosity.
