摘要
通过对安徽省21所城乡结合部中学初中英语教师的问卷调查统计发现:这些教师在情绪衰竭、低成就感、去个性化方面存在较为严重的职业倦怠倾向。主要原因,一是社会认同的偏差;二是受约与客观条件的制约与影响;三是缺乏主观上的关注与支持。建议从建立灵活多变的教学评价体系,改善办学条件、加大扶持力度和加强师资队伍建设、提高教学质量三个方面进行修正或改善。
According to 21 urban-rural middle schools in Anhui province's English teachers' questionnaire survey statistics, we can found that the teachers have serious tendency of job burnout in emotional exhaustion, low sense of achievement and de-individuation. The main reasons are: the deviation of social identity; tied to the restriction of objective conditions and influence; lack of subjective attention and support. Advice to correct or improve from establishing flexible teaching evaluation system, improve managerial condition, strengthen support and strengthen the teachers troop construction, improve the quality of teaching three aspects.
