高职院校大学生创业意向影响因素调查与分析——以常州纺织服装职业技术学院35名成功创业校友为例

Survey and analysis of the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention of university students——from Changzhou Textile Garment Institutes' 35 successful entrepreneurial alumni cases

文中采用调查问卷的方法对我校近年来随机抽取35位成功创业校友进行分析研究。通过研究发现:男性、在校期间担任学生干部、家庭环境一般且在校学习期间创业意向强烈等是影响大学创业成功创业的重要因素。学校可以通过科学的方法分类选出创业潜力人才予以重点培养,提高创业教育水平,完善高校创业教育体系建设。

In this paper, 35 successful entrepreneurial alumni are randomly sampled and studied by questionnaires, who are graduates from our school in recent years. Our study indicates that the important factors that affect university students' successful entrepreneurship include sex- mostly male, experience of working as a student cadre at school, ordinary family background and strong entrepreneurial intention during studying at school. Based on the study, our school can actively select and cultivate potential talents with entrepreneurial intention by scientific classification, improve entrepreneurship education, and perfect the construction of university entrepreneurship education system.
