摘要
概述了国内外食品功能因子的分类情况,比较了常见的二种食品功能因子分类方法,建立了一套食品功能因子的分类体系,对食品功能因子的分类提出了几点看法。
The status of classifying food functional components in our country and overseas was briefly discussed in this paper.Two popular categ orizing methods of food functional components were compared.Based on this,a set of characteristic categ orizing system about food functional components was established.The opinion about categ orization of food functional components was put forward.
