摘要
本文探讨高纯锗 (HPGe)γ谱测量环境样品时γ射线自吸收修正因子与样品质量之间的相关性。采用装于相同规格样品盒的 8个不同质量的环境样品 (海洋沉积物 )和 1个标淮源基质材料 (2 90g) ,将一块发射多个γ射线的标准点源 (152 Eu +137Cs)放置在准直器上 ,用HPGeγ谱仪对不同能量γ射线测量 8种不同质量的样品相对于标准源基质材料的自吸收修正因子F。将自吸收修正因子F与样品质量m进行回归分析 ,得到F m直线回归方程 ,用此方法得到的修正因子对测量的IAEA标准参考物质样品的活度进行修正 。
This text mainly introduces the relativity between HPGe γ spectrum self absorption correction factor and the mass of samples. 8 environmental samples (ocean sediments) with different mass and one matrix material of the standard source were adapted, which were contained in the same type of sample boxes separately, a 152 Eu+ 137 Cs standard point source was put on a collimator, HPGe γ spectrometerwas used to measure the self absorption correction factor F of the 8 environmental samples with different mass in relation to the matrix material of the standard source. Regression analyses with the self absorption correction factor (F) and the mass of samples (m) were carried out, it a F m linear regression equation can be found. Using the self absorption correction factors obtained from this method to correct the measured activity of standard reference substance samples supplied by IAEA, satisfactory results were obtained.(
