高效液相色谱法和薄层层析法鉴别骆驼蓬与骆驼蒿 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立骆驼蓬与骆驼蒿的鉴别方法。 方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)和薄层层析法 (TL C)鉴别骆驼蓬和骆驼蒿。 结果 :HPL C法和 TL C法实验结果均说明骆驼蓬的根中不含骆驼蓬碱 (HAL ) ,而骆驼蒿的根中含有较多的 HAL ;骆驼蓬种子中的去氢骆驼蓬碱 (HAR)含量高于 HAL的含量 ,而骆驼蒿种子中的 HAL含量高于 HAR的含量。 结论 :HPL C法和 TL Objective: To establish method to identify Peganum harmala L. and Peganum nigellastrum Bge. Methods: Both the HPLC and TLC were employed to identify Peganum harmala L. and Peganum nigellastrum Bge. Results: The results of HPLC and TLC showed that there were a lot of harmaline in the root of Peganum nigellastrum Bge. but there was no harmaline in the root of Peganum harmala L. While the content of harmine was higher than that of harmaline in seed of Peganum harmala L., and the level of harmaline was higher than that of harmine in seed of Peganum nigellastrum Bge. Conclusions: The HPLC and TLC could be used to identify Peganum harmala L. and Peganum nigellastrum Bge.
