电网谐波对大功率矿用电机电磁转矩影响的分析

摘要 当煤矿电网供电系统含有谐波分量时,矿用电机的气隙中存在时间谐波磁动势,从而导致矿用电机转子上不仅有基波电流产生的电磁转矩,还有谐波分量产生的附加谐波转矩。首先,采用频域法分析了谐波电磁转矩产生的机理,该方法可以单独计算所有可能的谐波转矩,使谐波转矩产生的物理概念十分清晰。其次,结合有限元软件(MagNet)仿真,分析了大功率矿用电机在不同电网谐波幅值下的脉振电磁转矩。分析表明:电网谐波电压越大,谐波脉振转矩的峰值越高。分析结果对于防爆电机的设计和制造有一定的参考价值。 The air-gap of the mine motor exists time harmonic magnetic emfs when coal power supply system contains harmonic component, and it leads to that the rotor not only contains electromagnetic torque produced by fundamental current, but also contains additional harmonic torque produced by harmonic currents. Firstly, the paper analyzed the producing mechanism of harmonic electromagnetic torque by using frequency analysis method which can single calculate all possible harmonic torque. Then the paper used finite element software to simulate the pulse vibration electromagnetic torque of high power mine motors under different harmonic amplitudes. The result is shown that the larger the harmonic voltage amplitude is, the higher the peak of harmonic vibration torque is.
