腹膜后纤维化诊治体会——附5例报告

Diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis--5 cases of report

[背景 ]探索腹膜后纤维化的诊治方法 .[病例报告 ]5例腹膜后纤维化患者中 3例行输尿管松解术 ,术后输尿管梗阻被解除 ,肾积水减轻 ,肾功能恢复良好 .[讨论 ]输尿管松解术是治疗腹膜后纤维化的良好方法 ,对泌尿系统炎症要给予积极的治疗 ,防止诱发腹膜后纤维化 ;肾损伤保守治疗期间和治疗后要定期作必要的检查 ,了解腹膜后血肿的吸收情况 ,以便及时防治腹膜后纤维化 .

BACKGROUNDTo investigate the clinical fe at ures, diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis.CASE REP ORT Of 5 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis, 3 cases were treated by ureter olysis to relieve the ureteral narrowing， obstruction and hydronephrosis and re covered gradually the renal function.DISCUSSIONThe ureterol ysis is the effective method for treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis. Urinary tract infections should be treated actively to prevent for inducing the retroper itoneal fibrosis. The trauma of renal should be intensively observed and proper imaging examination is performed to find out the retroperitoneal hematoma and tr eated properly to prevent the occurrence of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
