从炎症细胞因子探讨从风论治肾小球疾病的物质基础

Study on Treating Glomerular Diseases from Wind Based on Inflammatory Factors

目的:通过对中医病因风邪与西医炎症细胞因子在肾小球疾病中致病和诊治作用的影响进行相关性分析,寻找两者存在的共同点和联系。方法:采用文献检索方法,讨论了肾小球疾病中风邪和炎症因子在性质、致病特点的相似性,以及汇总分析文献库中探索两者相关性的临床和动物实验研究。结果:无论从性质和致病特点,还是从临床和动物研究中都证实炎症细胞因子与风邪致病在肾小球肾炎的诊断和评价治疗效果上密切相关。结论:中医风邪致病与炎症细胞因子之间具有一定的相关性。炎症细胞因子初步具备了肾小球疾病从风论治之物质基础的潜力,值得在中医理论指导下以此为导向进行深入研究和发掘新的治疗方法。

Objective:In order to find out the common point and connection between Chinese medicine wind pathogen and Western medicine inflammatory cytokines,we analyzed the pathogenicity of wind pathogen and inflammatory cytokines in glomerular disease.Methods:By means of literature search and review,we discussed the similarity between the pathogenic factors of the glomerular disease caused by wind pathogen and inflammation.Then we made a summary and analysis of the clinical and animal experimental studies on the correlation of wind and inflammatory cytokines in glomerular disease.Results:The characteristic that wind pathogen caused kidney disease was similar to that of inflammatory cytokines.Both clinical studies and animal studies had confirmed that wind pathogen and inflammatory cytokines were closely related to the diagnosis and treatment of glomerular disease.Conclusion:There was a close correlation between pathogenic factors of wind in causing glomerular diseases and inflammatory cytokines.Inflammatory cytokines have the potential for the material basis of the glomerular disease caused by wind,which should be guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for further research and exploration of new treatment methods.
