摘要
目的:研究丹参干燥失水过程中13种有效成分变化和特点。方法:运用HPLC法测定丹参中4种脂溶性成分和9种水溶性成分的含量,通过SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。结果:随着干旱程度的加重,丹参脂溶性成分的总含量呈降低、升高相互交替的趋势,丹参根部30%左右的含水量,脂溶性成分总含量最高,随后降低。丹参水溶性成分的总含量逐步升高,最高处为丹参根部15%含水量。结论:不同干燥程度的丹参根部13种有效成分均存在显著性差异,本项研究提供了丹参鲜品活性成分测定的新方法,还发现丹参在晾干过程中活性成分大量积累,以供为今后丹参干燥工艺和研究方法提升提供参考依据。
Objective:Study on the changes and characteristics of 13 active ingredients in the process of water loss of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:The contents of four fat-soluble components and nine water-soluble components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.were determined by HPLC and analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:With the increase of drought degree,the total content of fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.decreased and increased.The water content of Danshen root was about 30%,and the total content of fat-soluble components was the highest,and then decreased.The total content of water-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza was gradually increased,and the highest point was 15%water content of Salvia miltiorrhiza root.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the 13 active constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza roots with different degrees of dryness.This study provides a new method for the determination of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.It is also found that the active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza during the drying process are accumulated in large quantities for future use.Provide reference for the drying process and research methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
